HOW WE WORK
The substantive work of the Equal Rights Coalition is done through the Thematic Groups, which cover four thematic areas considered strategic priorities in progressing LGBTI rights globally.
Each group is co-chaired by a Member State and a civil society organisation, who lead the group for a two-year term, and act to set work plans, coordinate members, engage stakeholders, and progress the five-year Strategy.
The groups meet monthly, working to progress the Coalition’s strategic objectives, holding sessions on priority issues, engaging Member States on key topics, and sharing best practice.
